AFT CARGO BAY BS 1380 RT FRAME AREA BELOW TRANSITION PANEL HAS CORROSION.  AFTER FURTHER EVALUATION FOUND CUT LIMITS FOR EXFOLIATION IAW SRM 51-10-08, AND TWO ANGLES AND TIE DOWN, REMOVED AND REPL ACED THE ANGLE AND TIE DOWN IAW SRM 51-40-02-0G.
