LAVATORY E INOPERATIVE.  REPEAT WRITE UP.  LEAKING WASTE & ODOR IN LAVATORY PULLED TOILET SHROUD AT LAVATORY E, FOUND INTERMITTENT LEAK AT DRAIN COUPLING. LEAKAGE ONLY OCCURS WHEN TOILET FLUSHED.  NO LEAKS (DDP C/W) COMPLIED WITH MEL. LAV E SECURED CLOSED AND PLACARD INSTALLED. NO OTHER LEAKS NOTED.  R & R DISCHARGE DRAIN TO VACUUM WASTE LINE O-RINGS & COUPLING IAW AMM 38-32-01. OPS CHECK GOOD. PLACARD REMOVED.
