SEAT 20F EXIT ROW DOOR LOWER SAFTEY STAP COVER WILL NOT STAY ATTACHED HOOK AND LOOP  DAMAGED.   INSPECTED HOOK AND LOOP ON EXIT ROW 20F DOOR COVER. NO DAMEGE TO HOOK AND LOOP NOTED. SECURED LOWER SAFTEY STRAP IAW AMM 52-22-51-400-801. OKAY FOR SERVICE.
