AIRCRAFT AIR RETURNED DUE TO ISSUES WITH A/T MEL ON L/P 7718543. FLAGGING SDR A/T BUTTON STUCK. SUPPOSEDLY GIVING COMMANDS WITH SWITCH OFF. ADD FAULT:N/AAUTO THROTTLE WILL NOT DISENGAGE SWITCH WILL NOT MOVE FROM OFF P OSITION *DM* SEE M/L FOR MCP COMPLETED INSTALL OF MCP PER AMM22-11-34. WILL NEED MCP LRU TESTS AND LAND 3 TESTS DEFERRED A/T PER MEL DEFERRED A/T PER MEL CLOSED ALL OPEN BREAKERS, COMPLETED LRU REPLACEMENT TESTS STEP 2 THRU 5 REF AMM 22-11-34-400-801. ALL TESTS PASSED. MEL CLEARED AND PLACARDS REMOVED.
