20A EMERGENCY EXIT WINDOW LIGHT INOPERATIVE.  RELAMPED TWICE, CHANGED FUSE, NO HELP.  WINDOW LIGHT OVERWING EXIT. EMERGECY LIGHTS WORK, WINDOW LIGHT DOES NOT. REQUEST MEL APPROVED  NEW BALLAST ASSEMBLY,  FWD TO MEL 3302B,  REPLACED THE LT FWD OVERWING EMERGENCY EXIT WINDOW LIGHT ASSY IAW AMM 33-21-00.
