ODOR OF FUEL AND RUBBER BURNING BEFORE AND AFTER ENGINE START, CONFIGURED AIRCRAFT FOR FLIGHT,  CONFIGURATION WITH ALL DOORS CLOSED, ALL PUMPS ON FOR OVER 30MIN, NO ABNORMAL ODORS NOTED,  PERFORMED OUTSIDE VISUAL INSPECTION, NO FAULTS NOTED. COULD NOT DUPLICATE.  ACFT OK TO CONTINUE.
