FA CREW REPORTED STRONG FUEL ODOR ONBOARD AIRCRAFT.  FOUND PRIMARY MANIFOLD ASSY LEAKING AT FUEL NOZZLE AT 3 O`CLOCK POS ACFT RT FACING FORWARD.  R & R PRIMARY FUEL MANIFOLD IAW AMM 49-31-16, OPS & LEAK CHKD GOOD.
