COMPLIED WITH EC/RA 2011-01000, IMMEDIATE CLEAN UP & IN-DEPTH CLEAN UP OF AFT CARGO BAY REQUIRED TO INCLUDE REPLACEMENT OF INSULATION BLANKETS UNDER AFT CARGO FLOOR REF AMM TASK 25-80-00-400-801.
