CLEANUP WAS PERFORMED IN THE FWD E&E FROM BS 143.4 - 204.5. PLACED ON DIP PER ECRA 2011-01000 GALLEY SPILL SECTION 2.B. STARTED IN DEPTH CLEAN UP REF ECRA 2011-01000. REMOVED MAIN EQPT CTR FLOOR PANEL REF AIPC 53-01-51-01B ITEM 35. FOUND JUNKS OF ICE ON INSULATION AND UNDERNEATH. REMOVED AS MUCH ICE AS POSSIBLE. LIFTED SOME INSULATION. WILL NEED TO DRY OUT INSULATION AFTER ICE MELTS IN THE AREA. REMOVED PANEL IS INSIDE E/E BAY WITH HARDWARE ATTACHED. COMPLIED WITH PART 2 OF ECRA 2011-01000 IN DEPTH CLEAN UP. ONCE INSULATION FINISHES DRYING,
