## Discrepancy

ROW 21ABC AFT CABIN SIDEWALL LIGHT OVERWING EXIT IS OUT.  EMERGENCY LIGHTS CHECKS OK AT ROW 21.  REQUESTING MEL FOR AFT SIDEWALL LIGHT OUT AT ROW 21 ABC. ALL EMERGENCY LIGHTS CHECKED OK TOMC APPROVED PLACED SIDE WALL LIGHT ON MEL 3321A AT ROW 21ABC. *DM* SEE M/L FOR AFT OWE LIGHT ASSY M2838,  AMM 33-21-00-960-802, REQ EXTRA TIME FOR REMOVAL OF EMERGENCY EXIT HATCH AND SAFETY FALL ARREST.  REMOVED & REPLACED 21 ABC SIDEWALL LIGHT IAW AMM  33-21-00. OPS CHECKED GOOD.
