OVEN 707 EMITTED BLACK  SMOKE CB PULLED AS  RECAUTION OVEN 707 IN REAR GALLEY, SMOKE EVENT. CONDITIONAL INSPECTION CARRIED OUT I.A.W AMM 05-51-58. BURNT FOOD IN OVEN FOUND. FORM 46.6020 SMOKE AND ODOR QUESTIONAIRE COMPLETED IAW 04-20-16 OF THE GMM. OVEN PLACED ON MEL 2520V. CB. PULLED AND COLLARED FOR OVEN 707 AND PLACARDED.   REMOVED AND REPLACED THE OVEN IAW AMM 25-32-02/401.  PERFORMED OVEN SELF TEST IAW AMM 25-32-02/401, OPS CHECKED GOOD.
