EICAS MSG:  L AFT ENT DOOR CAME ON AT FL310 OFF AT FL390. BACK ON IN DESCNT AT FL350 REQUEST MEL.   APPROVED COMPLIED WITH MEL 52130.  PERFORMED DOOR WARNING SENSOR TEST IAW AMM TASK 52-71-00-735-072. CLEANED AND RETIGHTENED SENSORS AS PRECAUTIONARY. OPENED AND CLOSED DOOR 4L 4 TIMES AND DOOR ENTRY LIGHT IN FLIGHT DECK LIT ON AN OFF ACCORDINGLY. OPS CHECK GOOD.
