## Discrepancy

FWD CARGO DOOR EICAS AFTER FULL POWER SET ON TAKEOFF.  DEFERERED FWD CARGO DOOR INDICATION SYSTEM INOP.  REMOVED CONNECTORS FROM SENSORS S52021, S52042 & S52022. COMPLIED WITH MEL. VERIFIED DOOR LOCKED AND CLOSED. DM REF FIM 52-34 TASK 807/808/809,  AFTER FAULT ISOLATION. REPLACED DOOR CLOSED PROXIMITY SENSOR S52012 IAW WDM 52-71-15-2, DOOR OPS CHECKED GOOD.
