## Discrepancy

SPEED BRAKES DO NOT ARM LIGHT ILLUMINATED IN  FLIGHT WITH FLAPS EXTENDED.  SPEEDBRAKE LOAD ALLEVIATION SYSTEM HAS BEEN DEFERRED IN COMPLIANCE WITH MEL CARD 27045.   PERFORMED INITIAL EVALUATION IAW FIM 27-62 TASK 802, FOUND ERROR TO BE A NUISANCE MESSAGE. THE SPEEDBRAKE LEVER MOVES THROUGH FULL TRAVEL & FORCES ARE NORMAL AND THERE IS NO BINDING.
