SEAT ROW 43-48 LT,  AISLE EMERGENCY LIGHTS INOPERATIVE.  USING WIRING DIAGRAM N0706-D73 REV-. CONNECTOR D1982 PINS 9+11 TO GROUND IS 1.6 OHMS- NORMAL.  TRIED NEW BATTERY PACK & POWER SUPPLY UNIT, NO HELP,  RETURNED ORIGINAL UNITS.  CHECKED SMALL FLOOR ACCESS PANEL FOR CONNECTION,  NORMAL, CONNECTOR D9182 NOT D1982. REPLACED EMERGENCY LIGHT BATTERY PACK AT M9047 IAW AMM 33-51-07-022-001, AND 33-51-07-422-012. OPS CHECKED GOOD.
