VERTICAL STAB. LT LOWER T/E SEAL STRAP BELOW ACCESS PANEL 324AL CRACKED.   REPLACED LT VERTICAL TEE ANGLE.   REMOVED BEAM DAMAGED AND REPLACED WITH A NEW BEAM  IAW SRM 51-40-02, & DWG 173N1300.
