## Discrepancy

EMERGENCY LIGHT SWITCH COVER BROKEN,  FOUND EMERGENCY LIGHT TOGGLE SWITCH GUARD AT P5 PANEL WITH METAL LEVER LOOSE. REPOSITIONED IT AND PERFORMED TEST AS PER AMM 33-51-00-715-001. GOOD FOR SERVICE.
