POST BLENDING AREA MEASURES: D=0.010, W-0.500, L=0.250.  HFEC INSPECTION PERFORMED IAW NTM 5 1-10-20 WITH NO FINDINGS. DOUBLER REPAIR PERFORMED PER SRM 54-51 -12-300-003. SRI 54-51-12-205-002
