ON CLIMBOUT CAPTS PFD LOST AIRSPEED.ALTITUDE. AND HDG. STAYED GONE FOR 10-15 MINS THEN RETURNED.   AFTER LRU HISTORY REVIEW, LT AOA SENSOR HAS NUMEROUS REMOVALS FOR THE SAME ISSUES,  ACCOMPLISHED WIRE CHECKS IN FUP 8025635, REF SSM 34-21-13-102.1, 34-21-14-101. WDM 34-21-13-2.1, 34-21-14-1. WIRING CHECKS GOOD. NO DEFECTS NOTED.  R & R LT ADIRU AS A PRECAUTION IAW AMM 34-21-01/401. OPS CHECK GOOD.  R & R LT AOA SENSOR DUE TO BAD PART HISTORY & AS A PRECAUTION REF AMM 34-21-05/401. OPS CHKED GOOD.   R & R DEU 1 AS A PRECAUTION IAW AMM 31-62-21/401. OPS CHKD GOOD.  DEU SOFTWARE LOADED IAW LOG 8029823, OPS CHKD GOOD. PERFORMED LAND VERIFY TEST IAW AMM 22-11-00-700-801. NO FAULTS FOUND.
