CRACK FOUND AT RIGHT HORIZONTAL STAB LOWER SKIN AT HSS 129.50 , INBD ROW , 9" FROM FRONT SPAR. CRACK LENGTH 1".   REPAIRED RT HORIZONTAL STAB LOWER SKIN AT APPROX STA 129.5 IAW SRM 55-10-01-2R-11.  ESFR ENTRY REQUIRED, DIP ENTRY REQUIRED. CATEGORY B REPAIR INSPECTION REQUIREMENTS AS PER SRM 55-10-01-2R-11 PARAGRAPH 5. ACCOMPLISH A DETAIL VISUAL INSPECTION AND AN EXTERNAL LFEC INSPECTION EVERY 9000 FLIGHT CYCLES WITH AN INSPECTION THRESHOLD OF 56000 FLIGHT CYCLES.
