## Discrepancy

NUMBER 2 ENGINE THRUST REVERSER LOWER CASCADE VANE DEFLECTOR BOX NR 9 POSITION DEPARTED THE AIRCRAFT. REFERENCE ENGINE IPC 78-31-05-02, ITEM 260C.  THIS RESULTED IN DAMAGE TO REAR CASCADE SUPPORT RING ENGINE IPC IAW 78-31-28-02 ITEM 300.
