ACFT ARRIVED WITH FUEL CAP MISSING, REF LP 8042345.  FUEL CAP WAS REMOVED.  FUEL CAP LANYARD DAMAGED RING.  VERIFIED THE SEAL IS GOOD. NO LEAKS. FUEL CAP IS SECURED. APPLIED PLACARD, OK TO DEFER PER 2522HK.  FUEL CAP REMOVED FROM AIRCRAFT AND PLACED IN OPS OFFICE. REF LOG 8051700 FOR CHECK OF REFUEL COUPLING BY CONTRACT MX IN GEG.  REVISING TO CDL 28A. DD SECT 12 J.E NOTIFIED.
