FWD ENTRY LIGHT CAME ON DURING TAKEOFF BETWEEN SPEED OF 144-150 AND DID NOT EXTINGUISH UNTIL 8000FT PERFORMED VISUAL INSPECTION OF L1 DOOR SWITCHES FOUND NO FAULTS. CLEANED SWITCHES AND PERFORMED FIM 52-10 TASK 801 PSEU  L1 DOOR SWITCH TEST NO FAULTS FOUND. OK FOR SVC.
