PREFORMED HFEC COUNTERSINK INSPECTION AT ALL REMOVED FASTNER LOCATIONS IAW NTD MANUAL PART 6, 53-30-00 PROCEDUER 1,3; OR 4  PER AVO #7548-26-02-25-01 STEP 5.  REPAIRED DAMAGE IAW ECRA 5331-03199.
