LOCATED AT THE FWD EDGE OF THE PANEL BELOW S24L,  THROUGH HOLE DAMAGE IN THE SKIN LOCATED 1.4" AFT OF AND BELOW DAMAGED BS 177.73 FRAME,  LOCATED AT ABOUT BS 181,  AT BS 185 ON AN EXISTING FASTENER COMMON TO AN UNDERLYING SHEAR TIE.
