## Discrepancy

EMERGENCY LIGHTS OPS TEST WITH THE TEST SWITCH PROCEDURE,  FOUND EMERGENCY LIGHT INOP AT SEAT 27ABC OVERHEAD BIN,  RELAMPED,  NO HELP IAW AMM 33-51-00 NO.  TWO ADJACENT (OPPOSITE SIDE) LIGHT ASSEMBLIES ARE INOPERATIVE ONLY SEAT 27ABC.  APPLYING MEL 3351A APPROVED.  REMOVED AND REPLACED AISLE LIGHT ASSEMBLY AND LAMP IAW AMM 33-51-00. NO FIX. REF WDM 33-51-14 FOR FURTHER TROUBLESHOOTING. APPLYING MEL 3351A.  APPLIED STICKERS TO PANELS CLEANED CONTACTS NO HELP.  FOUND DAMAGED FLANGE IN LIGHT ASSY. REMOVED AND REPLACED BULLNOSE EMERGENCY LIGHT ASSY IAW AMM 33-51-00. NO HELP. CHECKED FOR INCOMING VDC, NO POWER FOUND. REMOVED AND REPLACED BATTERY AND POWER SUPPLY IAW AMM 33-51-07. OPS CHKD GOOD.
