LEFT WING FUEL PANEL 540PB HAS A MISDRILLED HOLE.  REPAIRED LT WING HOLE 694 AT FUEL PANEL 540PB IAW SRM 57-21-11-300-002.  NOMINAL HOLE SIZE IS 1/4IN WITH A BUSH DIAMETER INSTALLED OF 0.374IN. THIS REPAIR REQUIRES INSPECTION IAW TABLE 007 OF SRI 57-21-11-205-036. AIRCRAFT ALREADY PASSED INITIAL INSPECTION THRESHOLD OF SRI. PER SRI INTRO, NEXT INSPECTION TO BE PERFORMED WITHIN THE FC/FH VALUE CORRESPONDING TO THE INTERVAL MENTIONED IN THE SRI. THIS INTERVAL STARTS AT THE TIME OF THE LAST INSPECTION PERFORMED.
