SEVERE ENG 2 VIBRATION IN SEVERE ICING COND.  FLIGHT CREW REPORT THAT ON DESCENT ENGINE RETURNED TO NORMAL OPE RATIONAL MODE WITH NO VIBRATION NOTED.  ACCOMPLISHED INSPECTION OF ENGINE AS REQUIRED PER TSM 77-30-00-810-827-A FOR HIGH N1 VIBRATION LEVEL ON ENGINE 2 AND A VISUAL INSPECTION OF THE NR 2 ENGINE IAW AMM 72-00-00-200-01 0-A FOR INSPECTION OF THE ENGINE AFTER SLUSH INGESTION WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED.
