L-2 DOOR, HANDLE BOX CUTOUT, UPPER TORQUE TUBE BUSHING STUB BEAM IS GOUGED.   BLENDED OUT GOUGE IN UPPER STUB BEAM,  FOUND OUT OF LIMITS IAW SRM 52-10-02-1A-3. REMOVED DAMAGED STUB BEAM IAW SRM 51-40-02 AND INSTALLED NEW FABRICATED STUB BEAM ON  CMM 52-16-15 AND DWG 147A6149, REV A, AND RESTORED SURFACE PROTECTION IAW SRM 51-20-01 AND AMM 51-21-73.
