EMERGENCY LIGHTS - OPERATIONAL CHECK EMERGENCY LIGHTS OPERATIONAL CHECK - FWD R/H OVERWING EXTERIOR EMERGENCY LIGHT INOP.   REPLACED BULB REPLACED ALL FOUR FUSES SUSPECT LIGHT ASSEMBLY DDP FOLLOWED PLACARDS INSTALLED RELAMPED ONCE MORE AND CHANGED BATTERY PACK. NO HELP. REF AMM TASK 33-51-06-960-805. REMOVED AND REPLACED POWER SUPPLY  M1676 AND BATTERY, OPS CHECK GOOD, WORK PERFORMED IAW AMM 33-51-06, THIS ACTION CLEARS MEL PLACARD REMOVED.
