DUE TO EMERGENCY DECLARED FOR LOW CABIN PRESSURE PLEASE VERIFY BLEED PRESSURES WITH ENGINES RUNNING. REFERENCE 8341812 LOCKING UNLOCKING UNABLE TO MAINTAIN CABIN RATE OF CHANGE OF AT LEAST -500 FEET/MINUET WITH SINGLE (RIGHT) PACK IN HIGH FLOW MODE. FOUND CONNECTOR D00964 ON RIGHT PACK FLOW CONTROL VALVE, CAPPED AND STOWED. RE-CONNECTED CONNECTOR D00964. PERFORMED AIRPLANE PACK OPERATION CONFIDENCE CHECK IAW MM-21-00-05-780-801. ALL TEST PASSED
