TOILET CHANGE DUE TO CRACKED FLANGE, & LEAKING. LAV D.  COMPLIED WITH ECRA 2011-01000 STEP 2A IMMEDIATE CLEAN UP PRIOR TO FLIGHT. LEAK UNDER TOILET WAS CONTAINED TO PAN & AREA IN FRONT OF LAV D  & AFT GALLEY AREA.  COMPLY WITH  ECRA 2011-01000 IN DEPTH CLEAN UP STEP 2B FOR LAV D CARPET AREA AND AFT  LEFT GALLEY. WITHIN 7 DAYS TOMC APPROVAL, COMPLIED WITH ECRA 2011-01000 STEP 2A IMMEDIATE CLEAN UP PRIOR TO FLIGHT. LEAK UNDER TOILET WAS CONTAINED TO PAN AND AREA IN FRONT OF LAV D AND AFT GALLEY AREA AIRCRAFT LEFT AREA. SEE L/P 8366846 FOR CARPET CLEAN .
