## Discrepancy

TWO FORWARD LAVATORIES, BY DOOR 1 AS WELL AS FRONT GALLEY SINK NOT DRAINING AND OVERFLOWING WITH A FOUL ODOR.  FOUND LAV B VACUUM INOPERATIVE,  VALVE STAYS OPEN.  REQUEST MEL FOR LAVATORY B AND LAV IS UNSUABLE. PLUG VACUUM PART # K38002-1 HAS BEEN INSTALLED IN LAV B ,AND NEED TO RETURN TO EWR STORE UPON CLEARING LOGPAGE.  APPROVED AND PLACED ON MEL.
