CABIN CREW REPORTS ACRID ODOR IN MID GALLEY DURING LDG SHUT OF F PWR.  PERFORMED CABIN INSPECTION. REF 05-51-58-800-801-C3. FOUND FWD GALLEY OVEN 203 INTERIOR NEEDS TO BE SCRUB AND CLEAN, CAUSING ODOR IN THE CABIN.  CB IS PULLED AND PLACARD INSTALLED.
