PANEL 195BL MOUNTING BRACKET AT WS 589.5 FOUND BROKEN.  REMOVED TWO TENSION HILOK COLLARS AND REMOVED BROKEN BRACKET FROM WING. INSTALLED PANEL MOUNTING BRACKET IAW SRM 51-40-02.
