## Discrepancy

ON TAKEOFF WIND NOISE INCREASED AS SPEED INCRD AS WE PASSED 1220 0FT LOUD HIGH PITCH SQUEEL.  FOUND LEAK WAS COMMING FROM NR 2 SLIDER WINDOW ON CAPTAINS SIDE. ADDED .040 SHIMS TO FWD BELLCRANK HOUSING BLOCK & PRESSURIZED ACFT TO 4.0 ,  NO NOISE OR LEAKS NOTED.ALSO PERFORMED WINDOW HEAT AND OP'S CHECK IAW AMM 56-12-11-820-801.
