PROBE HEAT LIGHT COMES ON TEMP PROBE LIGHT ILLUMINATED IN CRUISE.  DIVERTED TO LAX TO AVOID ICING CONDITIONS. REPLACED TAT PROBE IAW AMM 34-21-06/401 AND ACCOMPLISHED PROBE HEAT SYSTEM TEST PER AMM 30-31-00, CKS OKAY.
