BLEED TRIP OFF LIGHT. RESET DIDNT WORK. LABOR HRS UPDATED REF WDM 36-11-11-1, MEGGED FROM D458B PIN 24 TO GROUND, METER SHOWS OPEN. CHECKED D458B PIN 45 TO D646 PIN 11, WIRE CHECKS OKAY. WITH DP1104 DISCONNECTED, MEGGED DP1102 PINS 5, 6, 7, 9, AND 10 TO GROUND SHOWS OPEN.  PERFORMED HEALTH CHK OF PRSOV, BAR, & PCCV IAW AMM 36-11-00-700-801.  PRSOV, BAR, PCCV VALVES WITHIN LIMITS. PERFORMED HEALTH CHK OF PRSOV, BAR, & PCCV IAW AMM 36-11-00-700-801.  PRSOV, BAR, PCCV VALVES WITHIN LIMITS. PERFORMED HEALTH CHK OF PRSOV, BAR, & PCCV REF AMM 36-11-00-700-801.  PRSOV, BAR, PCCV VALVES WITHIN LIMITS. R & R MW0311 HARNESS IAW AMM 73-21-06-400-802-F00. OPS TEST OKAY. NO FAULTS NOTED AT THIS TIME.  AFTER HARNESS CHANGE PERFORMED PART POWER RUN FOR 10 MINS WITH PACKS RUNNING IAW AMM 71-00-00-700-823. NO FAULTS NOTED. ACFT OK TO CONTINUE.
