OVEN 205 FA SHUT OFF DUE BURNING SMELL PERFORMED AMM 05-51-58 REV 139.   FOUND FOOD SPILLAGE IN OVEN 205 FWD GALLEY. COMPLIED WITH, CB PULLED AND COLLARED. OVEN 205 DEFERRED IAW NEF 2520P.  CLEANED LARGE BURNT FOOD FROM BOTTOM OF OVEN. STILL SMELLS DURING OPS CHECK. WILL REQUIRE FURTHER CLEANING. REMOVED AND REPLACED OVEN. OPS CHECK GOOD IAW AMM 25-34-00/201
