OVEN NR 1, SMOKING DURING FLIGHT.  FAS INFORMED CREW, SMELLED LIKE FIRE BURNED FOOD CONTAINED WITHIN OVEN RACK . REMOVED AND REPLACED NR 1 OVEN IAW AMM 25-34-00-000-801-C3.   PERFORMED AREA CLEANING IAW 25-31-05-167-002.
