OVEN 205 BEGAN TO SMOKE BEFORE COOKING FA PULLED BREAKER TO STOP THE SMOKE.  OPERATED OVEN FOR 20 MINUTES, NO EVIDENCE OF SMOKE OR ODOR, INSPECTED SURROUNDINGS, NO DEFECTS NOTED.. PLACED OVEN ON NEF 2510AU PRECAUTIONARY.  CREW OBSWERVED APPARENT SMOKE COMING FROM OVEN 205. OVEN HAD FOOD INSIDE. IMMEDIATE PULLED CB, SMOKE DISAPPEARED. CONTRACT MTX OPERATED OVEN FOR 20 MINUTES, NO EVIDENCE OF SMOKE OR ODOR, INSPECTED SURROUNDINGS, NO DEFECTS NOTED.. PLACED OVEN ON NEF 2510AU PRECAUTIONARY.
