NO WATER FLOW ON  AIRCRAFT SPIGOTS AND  LAV OVERFLOW VALVE CONFIRMED TO BE IN CLOSED POSITION. CABLE DISCONNETED AND SECURED. ALL FOUCETS WITH WATER AND SYSTEM PRESSURIZED PROPERLY. NO LEAKS WERE FOUND IAW AMM 38-11-03
