## Discrepancy

L1 CABIN DOOR HANDLE IS NOT SEATED PROPERLY WHEN CLOSED. STARTS TO CREEP UPWARDS ON TAKEOFF AND CLIMBOUT AS WELL AS DESCENT AND LANDING.  FOUND DOOR HANDLE NOT LOOSE, INBOUND CREW REPORTED NO DOOR INDICATION ISSUES.   PSEU DID NOT ILLUMINATE, DOOR CHECKS NORMAL, OK TO CONTINUE REF FIM 52-10 TASK 815
