LEFT-SIDE FUSELAGE WING-TO-BODY FAIRING SUPPORT AT APPROXIMATELY STA727 JUST ABOVE FLAP TRACK #4 HAS A DEEP GOUGE.  REPAIRED SUPPORT FRAME  LOCATED AT L/H WING TO BODY FAIRING STA 727 AS PER AAR WORK INSTRUCTIONS ESR 33-15106 AND EC/RA 5360-02134.
