FLIGHT CREW REPORTS VIA DISPATCH ARINC F/CTL SPLR FAULT WITH CFDS L SPLR1 POS ERROR 31CE1. SPOILER PAIR IS EXTENDED PER CAPTAIN.  FOUND NR 1 LT SPOILER (31CE1) SERVO ACTUATOR IN BYPASS MODE IAW AMM 27-60-00-866-002-A.  PLACED SERVO BACK INTO NORMAL OPS.  NOW UNABLE TO MOVE SPOILER SURFACE BY HAND. PERFORMED OPS CHECK OF SPOILER SYSTEM IAW AMM 27-64-00-710-001-A. OPS CHECKED GOOD. INSPECTED AREA, FOUND NO EVIDENCE OF DAMAGE.
