E&E LT INTERCOSTAL WEB FOUND PUNCTURED AND WORN.  FOUND TO BE OUT OF LIMITS REF SRM 53-10-15-1A-3.  REMOVED LT INTERCOSTAL WEB AS PER REF SRM 51-40-02. CLEANED AND PREPARED REPAIR AREA AND HOLES IAW SOPM 20-30-03.  PERFORMED HFEC ON L/H WEB FOR E/E OPENING IAW NDT PART 6 51-00-00 PROC 16, SRM 51-10-02 STEP 11 B(3).  MATCHED DRILLED WEB SRM 51-40-05.  CLEARED TO INSTALL. INSTALLED NEW LH WEB REF SRM 51-40-02 AND DWG 141A8512.
