L4 DOOR WILL NOT ARM,  FOUND STATIC LINE FOR SLIDE JAMMED UNDER GIRT BAR. REPOSTIONED THE STATIC IAW AMM 25-66-10 DOOR ARMS AND DISARMS NORMAL.
