ROW 23 ABC PSU CAME  DOWN.  RESECURED FOUND AFT LATCH BROKEN ON PSU AT LOCATION 23ABC. PSU WILL NOT LOCK SCURELY IN POSTION. REPLACED BROKEN LACTH (AFT) POSITION ON PSU AND SECURE. AITCRAFT OKAY TO CONTINUE.
