COMPLIED WITH ESFR REMOVED CORROSION,ORIGINAL MATERIAL THICKNESS .040 REMOVED .018 REMAINING .022 FOUND TO BE OUT OF LIMITS IAW SRM 53-30-15 AND SRM 53-00-53.  REMOVED DAMAGED WEB AND INSTALLED NEW WEB AND NUTPLATES.  1145538.3 IAW BAC DWG 143A8330 REV B AND SRM 51-40-02 LOCATED AND DRILLED IAW SRM 51-40-05.
