## Discrepancy

SUSPECTED LIGHT STRIKE TO NOSE HEAVY WGT LDG 277K LBS FUEL LEAK R WING CAP THIS LOGPAGE TO BE USED FOR FUEL LEAK R WING CAP. OTHER REPORTED ISSUES BROKEN OFF TO SEPARATE LOGPAGES. FUEL CAP, BOTH SEALS, AND RING.   RIGHT TANK OVERWING FILLER CAP REMOVED AND INSPECTED, CAP SEAL NOTED TO BE IN GOOD CONDITION. SUSPECT LEAK IS FROM OVERWING FILLER CAP FITTING AND WILL REQUIRE TANK ENTRY TO REPLACE.  LIGNTING STRIKE, HEAVY WEIGHT LANDING, AND FUEL LEAK ISSUES ALL ADDRESSED AND CLEARED ON RESPECTIVE LPS# 8872576, 8872589, 8892977. REMOVED OVERWING FILL PORT ASSEMBLY TASK 28-11-04-004-001. FOUND THE O-RING ON ADAPTER DAMAGED.
